What could be better during summer break than a daily dose of friends and fun? At MM's Learning in Action summer program, refugee children get to "just be kids". On any given day students might be engaged in arts and crafts, field trips, outdoor play, technology-based activities or special presentations at our safe learning facility. All the while, English language skills are improved, friendships are made, and confidence grows.

Learning in Action not only gives refugee children a fun and safe place to be during the summer months (while a parent might have to be at work), it also makes the return back to school in the Fall much easier, and more successful.

How can there be too many children? That is like saying there are too many flowers.
